Industry Partnerships

Contract R&D With Industry

Companies fund directed research; the core platform stays with Waka Lab and each partner holds exclusivity in its own sector. The contract-research model behind institutes like Fraunhofer and imec — applied to AI operating systems.

Research Programme

AI-Centric Management Information Systems

One research core, instantiated per sector. Three axes:

  • Enterprise memory — one queryable decision record across email, CRM, accounting and marketplace systems
  • Agentic orchestration — multi-agent execution with verification and human approval in the loop
  • Decision governance — sovereign inference under data-residency constraints, model-agnostic routing
Partner Sectors

Where the Core Runs

Same operating system, three industrial instantiations:

  • E-commerce — marketplace margin, channel operations, returns and buybox intelligence
  • Retail — store, stock and pricing decisions held in one corporate memory
  • Manufacturing — digital twin of the line: live data, deviation detection, decision proposals
How It Works

Pilot, Then Joint R&D

Three steps, written before the first line of code:

  • Pilot — measured against 2–3 KPIs agreed on day zero
  • Commissioned R&D — joint application to the next TÜBİTAK 1707 call, partner as customer organisation, Waka as supplier
  • IP & exclusivity — core platform stays with Waka Lab; partner receives a perpetual licence and sector exclusivity for an agreed term

Eligibility for TÜBİTAK support programmes and Teknopark tax incentives depends on formalisation of Waka's Türkiye entity and Teknopark registration, and is confirmed case by case with the partner's own financial advisers. Partner data remains in Türkiye.
